ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS!
Knowing when to reach out for support can be difficult, and I’m so grateful that you’re here. I firmly believe that meaningful change begins with authentic human connection – something that is often lacking in our current sociocultural environment. Whether it’s past trauma that is continuing to impact you, current situational stressors, or anything in between - let’s collaborate and make a plan to begin feeling like your ideal self and living your best life. The processing skills and coping strategies that you’ve been using may not be as effective anymore. It may be difficult to slow your thoughts down enough to see the challenge clearly. Together, we can work towards identifying and deconstructing the challenge that you may be facing. My practice is rooted in the belief that individuals are strong and capable – and sometimes life challenges are just too complex for us to overcome without adequate support.
Utilizing various therapeutic modalities depending on your unique experiences, we will collaborate to identify and work towards achievement of your expressed goals and needs. The foundation of my practice is in a holistic, trauma-informed, strengths based approach – focusing on meeting each individual where they are at in their healing journey. I strive to create a warm, safe, welcoming environment to support an authentic connection.

ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. As your psychotherapist I will assist you to explore your experiences, by providing a safe space for you to develop a greater understanding and awareness of these concerns. This allows you to consider choices to develop meaningful changes in your life and/or within yourself.
The foundation of my work is through a person-centered, trauma-informed approach. I specialize in working with clients aged 5 to adults. Concerns I support include, but are not restricted to are anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, self-esteem with a specialization in working with sexual and domestic violence.
Therapeutic modalities I use in my work include EMDR, play therapy, CBT, DBT, solution-focused, ACT, and psychodynamic. When useful, I work using spiritual grounds of meditation, mindfulness, and reiki. I recognize how every individual person is unique, as are their needs. Working in collaboration with you, ‘we’ consider the focus of your therapy.

I primarily work with clients aged 16+ and specialize in life stressors and transitions, trauma, emotion regulation, anxiety, and mood concerns. I view therapy as a space for strengthening your sense of self, improving your relationships, and gaining insight which can help inform the development of coping strategies that will work for you. Most importantly, therapy can help shed light on the strengths you already have.
As a person-centered and trauma-informed therapist, it is my goal to create a compassionate, warm, and genuine therapeutic environment for you where you feel safe, supported, and respected. I draw from various approaches when working with clients, including trauma specific therapies (Integrative Treatment of Complex Trauma for Adolescents [ITCT-A]), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, skills and strategies from Dialectical Behaviour therapy (DBT), and attachment theory.
I take a collaborative approach with clients, where we create an individualized plan focused on your goals. I would be honoured to work alongside you as you move towards living a life in line with your hopes, values, and preferences.

program at Yorkville University.
I am deeply passionate about the healing process. I am constantly inspired by the resilience of
those I work with and hold a genuine belief in the power of individuals’ innate wisdom to guide
their healing journey. My approach is rooted in compassion, understanding, and respect for each
person’s unique path. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel seen
and heard, where healing can unfold naturally. I view therapy as a collaborative journey, where
we work together to explore your emotions, process challenges, and bring balance back to your
life.
My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, ensuring that every individual feels
respected, valued, and empowered. I recognize the profound impact that trauma can have on
one’s mental and emotional well-being, and I take care to create a safe, gentle space where
healing can occur at your own pace. I work with you to develop a strong therapeutic relationship
where we can make sense of your experiences and work through them together. I draw from
various approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour
Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and
Attachment Theory.
I primarily work with youth, adults, and couples who feel stuck or overwhelmed by anxiety,
panic, low mood, intense emotions, self-criticism, and overthinking. I believe that everyone has
the potential for growth and change, and I am here to support you in exploring the parts of
yourself that are asking for attention.
While I am completing my practicum placement at Thrive Psychotherapy, I am under the
